Over the last 30 years, Ed has led three charities, been the Operations Director for a large national charity and supported and coached a large number of organisations and leaders in the nonprofit space. He has an Executive Coaching Qualification and is the author of Leading for Social Impact.

Jude brings over 25 years’ experience in housing, homelessness, and social care, with a career spanning frontline delivery through to Chief Executive. Her work has focused on specialist regulated supported services and general needs housing, always with a strong commitment to social justice and high-quality provision.

Michelle is a highly experienced fundraising consultant, supporting charities’ income generation for over 20 years. Her career spans leadership roles across high value income streams including corporate, trust & foundation and institutional grant funding.

Jamie brings over 20 years’ experience across homelessness and supported housing, working in complex, high-pressure environments developing psychologically informed and trauma-aware approaches. Jamie takes a practical and candid approach to equality, diversity and inclusion, supporting organisations to strengthen resident engagement, culture and accountability.
